Expertise
Scott Eagle — engineer first, consultant second.
I spent nine years building production systems before AI became a line item on every board agenda — five of them leading data and ML platform teams inside a national insurance group, then four consulting independently on automation programmes across North America and the EU.
HLS AI Solutions is deliberately small. Engagements are led by me end to end, with a trusted bench of senior engineers brought in for delivery. You never get handed to a graduate team after the sales call.
The discipline that matters most is subtraction: saying which processes should not be automated, which models are unnecessary, and which projects should be cancelled before the second invoice.

We ground our governance and delivery approach in recognised external standards rather than inventing our own. These are the references we cite most often in client engagements.

The same thinking, in writing.
